Computer Science, the most emerging field at present is the body of knowledge related to computers and computing. The options in career ranges from the development and construction of real computer systems to study of the theoretical foundations of such systems.
The Department of Computer Science started as a new wing in the college on July 7th 2003.The primary motive of this department is to "train young women to be able and eager to create and put into action ideas, methods, techniques and information".
The department with its dedicated body of well-qualified faculty, technical staff and students, is committed to be a multi-disciplinary center of excellence in Information Technology through education and related activities.
